Do I need a Stripe account?
To accept cards and wallets, yes — you connect (or create) one during setup and payouts go directly to you. You can also take manual payments such as Interac e-Transfer.
How are taxes handled?
GST, HST, PST and QST are calculated by destination province for Canadian orders. For other destinations you set a rate. You remain responsible for your tax registrations and filings.
Can my team help run the store?
Yes. Invite staff with roles such as Admin, Fulfillment, Support or Analyst. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the menu.
Is there help if I get stuck?
Yes — a guided tour runs the first time you open your admin, every page links to a step-by-step guide, and the help center covers every feature.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Export customers as CSV at any time, and your catalog is available through the public catalog API.
